Name, email, business description and website choices are used to respond, prepare a proposal and send a service acknowledgement. The basis is steps taken at your request before a contract, subsequent contract performance and statutory duties. Email is required for a reply. You are not automatically subscribed to marketing.
The website and form protection use Cloudflare. When you submit an enquiry, Cloudflare processes the request and Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) relays messages to DAVLA and you. Correspondence is held in DAVLA’s Google Workspace mailbox. The D1 security database is configured for EU jurisdiction; this does not mean that all data in all services is processed only in the EU. Processing may take place outside the EEA. The providers’ data processing agreements describe safeguards and applicable standard contractual clauses.
For enquiries without a contract, correspondence is intended to be deleted within 12 months of the last contact unless needed to resolve an outstanding matter. Contract and accounting records follow applicable statutory obligations.
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and, where applicable, portability or objection. Contact info@davla.app. You may complain to the Finnish data protection authority at tietosuoja.fi. Enquiries do not involve automated decisions affecting your rights or profiling.
Technical connection data and temporary abuse-prevention records are processed to protect submissions. These security records do not contain message text. They expire after 48 hours and are removed on the next API request.
Google Analytics 4 starts only with your consent. It measures page visits, contact clicks and accepted enquiries, including technical device, session and approximate location data. We do not send names, email addresses or message contents; URL queries and fragments are stripped. Google may process data outside the EEA. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Your choice lasts 180 days; studio analytics cookies last at most 180 days. Refuse or withdraw at any time using Cookie settings.
