An enquiry is not a contract or payment commitment. We agree pages, languages, features and schedule. The final price, taxes, payment schedule and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins.
You supply accurate information and materials you have permission to use. Start delivery is estimated from five working days after materials and scope approval. Late materials or additional work can affect the schedule.
Two agreed revision rounds are included. Structural changes, new pages and complex features are quoted separately and require your approval.
You receive the agreed website files and access to your own services after the agreed payment. Third-party photographs, fonts and services remain subject to their respective licences. The domain is registered in the client’s name. Hosting and subscription costs are itemised in the proposal.
Optional €19/month support includes one small edit up to 20 minutes and a monthly availability check. Start, billing and cancellation are agreed separately. This package does not include round-the-clock service.
Cancellation, completed work and any refund are handled under the project agreement and applicable law. For consumer orders, distance-contract information and required notices are provided before payment. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
